Matching Color and Energy Saving: Our cellular shades come with high quality matching color metal valance and bottom rail. For outside mount, the purchased width is the exact width received, and we recommend adding 4" to the width and height. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included, making the blinds very easy to install.
